The Workers’ Compensation Board has revoked the authorization to treat injured workers for one physician convicted of taking bribes and another convicted of felony conspiracy to distribute oxycodone. Dr. Thomas Vincent Savino, whose last-known practice address is 1487 Richmond Road on Staten Island, had his authorization revoked Wednesday. It was temporarily suspended on Jan. 13 of this year after a federal grand jury in Newark, New Jersey, indicted Savino on Dec. 20, 2016, the board said in Subject No. 046-1000.
