A former U.S. Postal Service employee pleaded guilty to making false statements to receive more than $100,000 in workers’ compensation benefits, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Western North Carolina announced.
Johnnie Franklin Sullivan Sr., 73, worked as a mail processing clerk in Charlotte. He was injured in May 2005 and started receiving comp benefits.
