Former California state Sen. Leland Yee on Wednesday pleaded guilty to a single count of racketeering that was based in part on allegations that he solicited bribes from an undercover agent to support a workers' compensation bill in 2013, according to media reports.
The Los Angeles Times reports that Yee faces up to 20 years in prison and $250,000 in fines under terms of the plea agreement.
