Former Oakland PJ Appointed to Ethics Committee

Destie Overpeck, acting administrative director of the California Division of Workers’ Compensation, appointed former presiding Judge Kenneth Peterson to serve as a member of the Workers’ Compensation Ethics Advisory Committee.Peterson, who served as the presiding judge for the division’s Oakland office before retiring in 2009, will fill the position on the panel designated for an attorney who formerly practiced before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and who usually represented injured workers.The appointment is effective July 1, the division said.The ethics adv...
