From attorneys' fees to compensability to subrogation, the Tennessee Supreme Court's Workers' Compensation Appeals Panel weighed in on 28 cases in 2019, and the state's Advisory Council on Workers' Compensation has summarized most of them in a new report.
The council is required each year to make the report on significant cases in which the court issues opinions, and the 2019 report is available here.
