The California Division of Workers’ Compensation on Thursday published proposed inpatient hospital fee schedule regulations that would eliminate the pass-through on medical hardware used in spinal surgeries.Senate Bill 863 repeals Labor Code Section 5318, effective Jan. 1, 2013.
