VP of HR Implicated in Firing of Plotkin Resigns from SAIF

SAIF Corp. Human Resources Director Ryan Fleming, who was named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed after the sudden firing of the carrier's chief executive officer last May, has resigned, the carrier confirmed Tuesday. Fleming, the vice president of operations and human resources for SAIF, is the fourth defendant in that lawsuit to resign or be removed since former CEO John Plotkin filed a lawsuit against his former employer in Marion County Circuit Court in August.
