A former insurance agent from Franklin County, Ga., has been charged with insurance fraud, Insurance Commissioner Ralph Hudgens announced.James Travis Williams was charged with 15 counts of insurance fraud and two counts of forgery. Williams is accused of taking premium payments from policyholders and converting the money to his own use.
