Measure to Remove Self-Insurance Pools' FOIA Exemption May Go to Full House Vote

A measure to make self-insurance pools' records subject to Illinois Freedom of Information Act requests has gained approval in an Illinois House committee and may be voted on by the full chamber next week, the Illinois Self-Insurers' Association wrote in a legislation alert.
