Sedgwick has partnered with Accolade to provide injured employees with a health assistant to guide them through the workers’ comp process.
Working with Sedgwick's claims management and clinical staff, the health assistant helps the employee obtain medical care, navigate the benefits system and return to work following an absence. The employee can communicate with the health assistant via telephone, online or through a mobile app.
