WCAB Reinstates Rules Suspended at Start of Pandemic

The California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board issued two en banc decisions on Tuesday reinstating rules it suspended in March and April. The Appeals Board reinstated a rule allowing dismissal of an application or lien claim for failure to appear, which was temporarily suspended by a March 18 en banc decision.
