Texas Mutual Supports OIEC Recommendations on Deadlines, Medical Letters

Texas Mutual Insurance Co., the largest workers' compensation carrier in Texas, supports legislation recommended by the Office of Injured Employee Counsel, which would extend judicial review deadlines, from 45 to 90 days.
