WCD Publishes Instructions to Calculate Benefits

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division published instructions for calculating temporary disability, permanent disability and death benefits based on the state’s new average weekly wage, which decreased 0.15% this year.Maximum benefits will decrease by 0.15% for injuries occurring on or after July 1, 2012.
