Attorneys Seeks Protective Order in Calderon Case

Federal prosecutors and attorneys for California state Sen. Ron Calderon and his brother Tom Calderon jointly filed a proposed order that would prevent unauthorized distribution or use of some discovery materials in the criminal bribery and corruption case.The proposed protective order filed Thursday with the U.S. District Court for Central California would apply to all financial information, such as bank records and credit card purchases, as well as personal information such as flight records.
