Brendan Horgan Joins Midkiff, Muncie & Ross

Brendan C. Horgan has joined Midkiff, Muncie & Ross in Richmond, where he will represent insurance carriers in workers’ compensation cases. Horgan was a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps, the legal arm of the U.S. Navy. He received a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and a law degree from the University of Connecticut. Horgan was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 2012 and is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, Military Law Section.
