Court Re-Issues Ruling on Worker's Claims for Burns from Explosion

A Texas appellate court ruled that a boilermaker who suffered severe burns from a gas line explosion could not assert a viable premises liability claim against the refinery owner, but that he could pursue negligence claims against the owner and its employee. Case: Elmgren v.
