The California Division of Workers’ Compensation suspended 13 providers, including six physicians no longer licensed to practice medicine, and a businessperson who was convicted of fraud.
The DWC on Nov. 14 suspended Ayodeji Fatunmbi, a businessperson in Torrance, who was sentenced to 46 months in prison in August for his role in an $8.3 million fraud scheme targeting Medicare.
