Nominating Commission Meets on Retention of Administrative Law Judges

The Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Nominating Committee will hold a special meeting at 1 p.m. today to consider recommendations for retaining administrative law judges. The agenda includes the disclosure of any conflicts of interest, an executive session to discuss the administrative law judges and then a return to open session and a vote on the ALJs.
