The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is reviewing a handful of rules to determine whether they should stay on the books or be repealed.
The division said it’s reviewing the first 17 chapters in Title 28 of the Texas Administrative Code, which address issues ranging from benefits and coverage to fraud and unethical claims practices.
