V3 Appoints Janitschke President, Replacing Rivera

V3 Insurance Partners, a specialty insurance program administrator, announced Tuesday the appointment of Brian Janitschke as president.

Janitschke, currently chief operating officer, replaces President and Chief Executive Officer Susan Rivera, “who has accepted a new challenge,” the company said.

V3 also announced the formation of an executive committee to smooth the transition and ensure quality. The executive committee includes Pam Wagner, senior vice president and national program manager; and Ken Hagen, chief financial and information officer.

Before joining V3, Janitschke was leader of business intelligence at Western National Insurance. He is best known for his tenure as senior vice president within the Program Division at QBE North America, where he served as a member of the senior management team.

Janitschke began his insurance industry career as an assistant actuary at the St. Paul Cos. Subsequently, he served as senior partner at habitational specialist MGA Curry, MacWilliam, Janitschke before joining Collins as vice president and actuary. He then was asked to join Fireman’s Fund as vice president of professional liability.

Janitschke will be based at V3’s Newtown, Pennsylvania, office.
