A federal district court judge has dismissed a negligence suit by a former postal worker who says he was sickened by chemical leakage from a package in 2011, according to the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle.
U.S. District Court Judge Charles Siragusa dismissed Jeffrey Lill’s suit claiming that the U.S. Postal Service had negligently destroyed the leaking package that sickened him before its contents could be analyzed, which prevented him from getting timely and appropriate medical care.
