Agency to Restart Variance Notification Process

The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission on Thursday will re-implement the variance notification process to inform stakeholders when there has been an underpayment of benefits. Should a file audit reveal an underpayment of $50 or more, the commission will notify the injured worker and claims administrator by letter.
