DA: Five Contractors in Thomas Fire Cleanup Receive Stop-Work Order

Ventura County District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced that five contractors working in the Thomas Fire disaster area received stop-work orders for contracting without a license or for failing to carry workers’ compensation coverage.
