Court Upholds Denial of Authorization for Physical Therapy

The Arkansas Court of Appeal ruled that substantial evidence supported a decision by the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission finding that a truck driver was not entitled to physical therapy sessions for a decade-old back injury.
