DIR Opens Registration for Educational Conference

The eighth annual Nevada Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference will feature sessions exploring large-deductible policies, vocational rehabilitation and worker misclassification, according to an agenda the Division of Industrial Relations released when opening registration for the event. The annual conference being held Aug. 23-24 in Las Vegas will also include a review of state Supreme Court decision affecting the workers’ compensation industry, tips on evaluating impairment, and a review of the guaranty funds for self-insured employers.
