Mitchell/Genex/Coventry Buys Managed Care Organization

Mitchell/Genex/Coventry announced that it finalized the acquisition of QualCare Alliance Networks Inc., a managed care organization serving the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York tri-state area. The network was formerly a division of Cigna. Mitchell/Genex/Coventry said the deal improves provider network access, care management and workers’ compensation services.
