Court Furthers Split on How to Determine Date of Onset of Disability

Ohio's 3rd District Court of Appeals is joining the 1st DCA in rejecting an approach to determining the date of the onset of a worker's disability from an occupational disease that has been espoused by the 7th and 8th DCAs. Case: Weisenauer v.
