Bulletin Reminds Attorneys About New Board Review Application Rules

Any New York attorneys and hearing representatives who missed the memo when new administrative rules were adopted last fall received a stern reminder from the State Workers’ Compensation Board on Thursday: Applications for board review can be denied if not properly formatted.
