State Adopts MCG's Disability Guidelines for Formulary

The Kentucky Department of Workers' Claims has adopted the official disability guidelines published by MCG Health, part of a monthslong effort to iron out regulations for a drug formulary and treatment guidelines required by legislation this year. Department Commissioner Robert Swisher last spring set up two advisory committees to recommend regulations to implement House Bill 2, which made extensive changes to the Kentucky workers' compensation act.
