Healthcare Solutions announced on Wednesday that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ScripNet, a pharmacy benefit management company serving the workers’ compensation market.Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.Healthcare Solutions said the acquisition will further strengthen its pharmacy benefit management services and extend its client portfolio, which already includes many of the nation’s largest carriers, third-party administrators and governmental entities.
