Patriot Underwriters has appointed a new senior vice president and western regional vice president to oversee operations as the company grows its California presence.
Renee Laia will take on the role and help lead the company's efforts in the western U.S., including marketing and underwriting, according to a Wednesday press release. She will work from the company's new Orange County office, which it plans to open in early 2015. The office will be Patriot Underwriters' eighth in the Golden State.
