K2 Insurance Services Acquires High Point Underwriters

K2 Insurance Services LLC, formed in 2011 to acquire managing general agencies and specialty program administrators and underwriters, announced on Thursday that it has acquired Morris Plains, N.J.-based High Point Underwriters.
