Zenith Executives Extend Contract Terms

Zenith Insurance Co. announced Monday it extended employment agreements with five executives and gave the lowest paid member of its executive team a pay raise.In a Form 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Los Angeles-based insurer reported that it extended until Dec. 31, 2012, agreements with President Jack D. Miller, General Counsel Michael E. Jansen, Chief Actuary Robert E. Meyer, Executive Vice President of Claims Davidson M. Pattiz and Chief Financial Officer Kari L.
