Division Looking at Audits for Extent-of-Injury Peer Reviews for 1st Time

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation has posted a draft of its proposed plan-based audit for peer reviewers who examine extent-of-injury and medical-necessity disputes and is seeking input, the division announced in a memo to stakeholders.
