The California Highway Patrol arrested a man on suspicion of making criminal threats against staff at State Compensation Insurance Fund, according to a report by the Santa Rosa Press Democrat.
The newspaper reports Jonathan Hirst, 39, was arrested Wednesday during a traffic stop. The California Highway Patrol reportedly said Hirst had a gun with him at the time of the arrest and that he may have been headed to the CHP office in Rohnert Park at the time.
