A New York appellate court ruled that a glazier was not entitled to summary judgment on his Labor Law claim based on alleged injuries from being struck by a falling power cord. Case: Pena v. Intergate Manhattan LLC, Nos. 154441/17 595531/17, 05/20/2021, published. Facts: Juan Pena allegedly suffered injuries while working as a glazier from a motorized scaffold in Manhattan.
