Senate Passes Legacy Court, First Responder Bills

The Oklahoma Senate passed a bill that would establish a venue for legacy claims within the Court of Civil Appeals. The Senate on Monday also passed a bill that would allow first responders to file claims for post-traumatic stress disorder notwithstanding the prohibition on mental injury claims not caused by a physical injury that applies to most other workers.
