Honolulu Food Warehouse Gives up Fight on 2-Year-Old OSHA Penalties for blocked Exits

After two years of litigation, a Honolulu food refrigeration warehouse has given up its fight against U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration and has agreed to pay $197,000 in penalties for code violations related to a 2013 inspection. In February 2013, OSHA inspectors allegedly found 63 health and safety violations at the Unicold Corp. warehouse near Honolulu International Airport.
