Dollar Tree Chain Stores Cited, Fined by OSHA

Dollar Tree Stores might be pinching pennies soon after inspectors for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration found a total of six violations that could result in up to $116,200 in penalties, according to OSHA.  The Houston store on West Gray Street had boxes stacked at “dangerous heights” and blocked exit routes, according to OSHA inspectors who conducted an audit last November.
