Update of Claims Release Standard Takes Effect Aug. 31

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry announced that changes to Version 3.1 of the Claims Release Standard for serving and electronically filing work comp reports and documents will take effect Aug. 31. The department in June adopted several changes to the claims release standard that it says were needed to correct grammatical and typographical errors and to provide additional clarity.
