A Southern California physician who worked as a qualified medical evaluator agreed to forfeit nearly $1 million he received in kickbacks for prescribing compound drugs as part of what a federal grand jury alleges to be a $175 million fraud scheme.
Dr. Domenic Signorelli, 51, on Sunday signed an agreement to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy.
