Widow Can Compel Disclosure of Safety Consultant's Report on Fatal Accident

The Pennsylvania Superior Court ruled that a widow was entitled to compel the production of a report prepared by an independent consulting firm into the causes of her husband's fatal fall at a pharmaceutical plant.
