Facts and procedural history: Paula Lanese worked for Anthem Health Services as a registered nurse case manager. She filed a workers’ compensation claim in March 2016 asserting that she had suffered a relapse of pre-existing depression and anxiety because of harassment and bullying by her managers.
A workers’ compensation law judge denied the claim.
