Appeals Court Blocks Move of Workers' Comp Hearing Site

The state Court of Appeals has upheld a lower court decision forbidding the state from moving workers’ compensation hearings from the Flint area to the down of Dimondale, near Lansing, about 70 miles away.Genesee Circuit Judge Geoffrey L.
