The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation is finalizing rules that would modify payments for hospital inpatient services and its prescription drug formulary.
Proposed changes to both sets of rules are currently awaiting a mandatory “commonsense initiative” review intended to ensure that the changes are reasonable and easily understood.
