AmWins Group Inc., a global distributor of specialty insurance products and services including workers’ compensation coverage, has reached an agreement to acquire 15 insurance programs from Willis Towers Watson.
Completion of the acquisition is expected on Oct. 31. Terms were not disclosed.
The programs will become part of AmWins’ Program Underwriters, which now underwrites 20 programs with more than $150 million of premium.
