Lawmaker Objects to Presumption Bill, but Committee Gives it Favorable Report

A Kentucky state lawmaker claimed in a legislative committee hearing that there were “significant flaws” in an occupational disease presumption measure for firefighters who contract cancer, according to the Richmond Register. But House Bill 156, sponsored by Rep.
