Aon Hewitt released the results of an analysis it conducted on U.S. pharmacy costs for current employees and retirees, which could increase by 10% by 2016 and 10.5% by 2017.
Aon Hewitt said that low medical costs are expected to mitigate some of the higher pharmacy costs, and that there were a number of ways employers could offset costs.
