Worker Not Entitled to Mandamus Relief From Denial of Claim, Continuing Jurisdiction

An Ohio appellate court ruled that a worker was not entitled to relief from Industrial Commission decisions denying his claim for benefits and declining to exercise continuing jurisdiction over his claim. Kassi Tchankpa allegedly suffered injuries in the course of his employment with Ascena Retail Group Inc. in December 2012.
