Fee Schedule Update Moves Up for Senate Vote

The Florida Senate Appropriations Committee on Wednesday unanimously passed a bill that would approve fee schedule updates, setting the measure up for a vote by the full upper chamber. The Appropriations Committee voted 19-0 to pass SB 1274, by Sen. Doug Broxson, R-Pensacola, which would stamp the Legislature’s approval on fee schedule changes the Division of Workers’ Compensation adopted in October.
